With more than 40 years of hands-on experience, Balash Livestock Land & Crop Protection, LLC has handled nearly every type of wildlife situation found across homes, farms, and rural properties. From raccoons and groundhogs to skunks, opossums, and more, we provide professional wildlife removal backed by real field experience. In many cases, wildlife activity is tied to broader pest conditions around structures, barns, crawlspaces, and feed storage areas. That’s why we take a practical, property-focused approach—removing the immediate problem while addressing the conditions that allow both wildlife and pest issues to develop.

When wildlife or pests make their way into your attic, crawlspace, or yard, you need more than just a quick fix—you need a team that treats your property with the same care and respect we’d give our own. Here’s why homeowners trust us time and time again:

Safe, Humane, and Ethical
We believe in responsible wildlife removal. That means no poisons, no shortcuts, and no unnecessary harm. We use safe, humane trapping methods that prioritize both your safety and the well-being of the animals.

Cost Effective
We don’t just remove the problem—we help prevent it from coming back. Our thorough inspections and exclusion work save you money in the long run by avoiding repeat issues, costly damage, and unnecessary repairs.

40+ Years of Experience
With over four decades in the field, we've seen it all—from raccoons in the chimney to snakes in the crawlspace. Our experience means faster identification, smarter solutions, and peace of mind for you.
